What the Real Estate Market Currently Does:
Traditional homes have commonly-used construction materials and methods, long construction times, healthy profit margins, high commissions, expensive land, and high demand--all of which contribute to those big price tags you see. And, on top of that, there is the high cost of financing those big prices.
What Starten Home is Doing:
Non-traditional homes, such as Yurts, use relatively uncommon construction materials, faster construction methods, and require less land space, which significantly reduces both construction time and the over-all home cost. In addition to a lower price tag, we want to make qualification and down payments more accessible to more people.
